Booking a seminar room at Study Hive is simple and quick. Just follow these easy steps:

Login: Enter your details to access the booking system.

Select the Date and Period: Pick your preferred date and the time slot that works for you.

Choose a Room: Select which of the 4 available seminar rooms you’d like to book.

Confirm Your Booking: Check everything is correct and confirm your reservation!

With real-time availability, you’ll see exactly which rooms are free at the times you need. We make it easy to find and book the perfect study space without the hassle!

Important Info:

Limited Rooms: There are only 4 rooms to choose from, so book early!

One Booking Per Day: You can only book a room for one period per day.

Recurring Bookings: Some rooms are already reserved for recurring use. Be sure to check availability.

Bookings for only the Current Week: You can only book a room for the current week. Plan ahead and snag your spot!

No, unfortunately you are unable to cancel a booking, unless you directly speak to Ms Black. This functionality hasn't been built into the software solution yet, but it's coming soon!

If rooms are fully booked, you can check back the next day or look for another time that’s available!

Unfortunately, you can only book the room for one period per day. But don’t worry, there’s always another day to book!
