Jia Rastogi, a first-year Uni Student

Hey!, I'm Jia Rastogi. I graduated from NBSC Manly Selective Campus last year, and have now started my degree at UTS in 2026. I'm doing a Bachelor of AI in the Faculty of Engineering and IT, where I can't wait to learn more about this growing industry! Over the past few years, I've developed skills for computing, but there are many other aspirations I have for the future. You can read more about those in the pages on this website, which you can view in the navigation menu above.

My Past

Over the past few years, I have developed a strong interest in computing through using everyday technology such as phones, computers, games, and the internet, as well as more advanced tools like 3D printers, laser printers, and design software. My three main computing experiences have been:

  1. Web Design
  2. Using Software Applications
  3. Learning Python

You can read more about my past experiences on the dedicated page linked below:

My Future

In the future, I want to continue developing my computing skills, which will allow me to apply them in creative, practical, and professional ways. My past experiences have shown me that computing is a broad and valuable field that can be used across many industries for different purposes. In the future, I hope to create a business that helps people, while using computing skills to improve and systemise its processes. No matter the industry, computing can play an important role in improving efficiency, communication, and overall success.

Comments

I've created the Comments Page for a complete explanation of how I have created this website including the overall structure, the internal structure, the css styles, graphic design elements and how the <alt> tag is used. I've explained this clearly using unordered lists, ordered lists, diagrams and tables to show the logic and execution of the HTML and CSS behind this website. I've aimed to break it down as much as possible to make it understandable by anyone.
